lets begin
Open a new image 700 x 700 white background
Copy and paste diamond bracket as a new layer
Copy and paste the cat is a new layer and resize to 500 pixels and then
again
Copy and paste witch hat as a new layer and resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste tiny stars as a new layer
Copy and paste star 3 as a new layer and resize to 600 pixels and duplicate, go to
image and mirror
Copy and paste star 6 as a new layer and resize to 400 pixels and duplicate
Copy and paste flower 2 as a new layer and resize to 400 pixels and duplicate
Copy and paste frame 7 as a new layer and resize to 500 pixels
Click inside your frame add a new layer and choose a paper of your choice
I used paper 4, paste your paper into selection, select none
Copy and paste paper 7 as a new layer and add a mask of your choice
Copy and paste glitter splat as a new layer, duplicate and go to image and mirror
Copy and paste bow 3 as a new layer and resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste moon dangle as a new layer and resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste sparkle light as a new layer and resize to 400 pixels
duplicate, go to image and mirror
Copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if needed
Choose two colours from your tag and write out your text with a font of your choice
add any copyright and watermarks merge all layers and resize if needed
next go to file export and save as a JPEG and you're finished
