Paint shop pro, I use version 12, but any version is ok
A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Other supplies needed

Scrap kit  evil queen  is by   Lysiras Graphic World
Tube of your choice I'm using a tube by  Elias chatzoudis
I Brought this tube at a different store which is closed now so
you can find his amazing work at his store 
You need a license to use his work purchase from HERE
Mask   281 used is by weescotslass creations


Font of your choice :Van helsing from Here

Let’s begin

Go to selections>select all
Copy and paste  paper  8 from your kit
Right click your tag and copy>paste into selection>Select none

Next, go to layers>load/save mask>load mask from disk, choose a mask
And apply it, then merge group


Copy and paste Frame05 as new layer and with the magic wand
Click inside frame>go to selections>modify>expand by 5 click ok

Add new raster layer drag under frame.
Copy and paste paper 7 into selection.
Then Select none.


Copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required


You can start to add the elements to your tag and resize if required and place anywhere
On your tag, I used the following

Go to file>export and save as a JPEG OR PNG

copy and paste el6 and go to image and resize to 300 pixels




copy and paste el54 as a new layer




copy and paste any other elements that you wish to



copy and paste a tube of your choice
and resize if needed


copy and paste a paper of your choice i used wsl mask 349,go to layers>load/save mask
and load mask from disk,choose your mask then apply it and
delete mask then merge group


choose 2 colors to write out your name with a font
of your choice



add any copyrights and watermarks,
merge all layers visible and resize if needed


go to file export and save as jpeg
