A knowledge of paintshop pro is needed
scrapkit used is called spooktacular by cora's creations

lets begin
Open a new image 700X700 on a white background
Copy and paste spider web 1 as a new layer
Copy and paste tree as a new layer and resize to 600 pixels
Copy and paste glitter stars as a new layer and resize if needed
Copy and paste moon as a new layer and resize if needed
Copy and paste frame2 as a new layer
Choose a paper of your choice, click inside your frame, add a new layer and paste paper
into selection
Don't deselect copy and paste spider's into selection
Copy and paste sparkles as a new layer, duplicate go to image and Flip
Copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if needed
Copy and paste fog a new layer, duplicate go to image and Flip
Copy and paste black cat is a new layer and resize to 500 pixels
Copy and paste bow 1 a new layer and resize to 400 pixels
Copy and paste a paper of your choice, either keep as a background or you can
add a mask
Choose two colours from your tag and write out any words or text
font of your choice
Add any copyright's and watermarks, resize your tag if needed
And go to file export and save as a JPEG
