supplies needed

you also need paintshop pro,i use version 12
A knowledge of paintshop pro is needed


Other supplies

scrapkit is called hallows eve by julie at bitsnbobs its a freebie get it from here
tube of your choice or the one i used comes with the kit
font of your choice

lets begin


Open a new image 700 x 700 pixels in the white background

Copy and paste melli 9 as a new layer and resize if needed

Copy and paste frame 2 as a new layer, click inside frame go to selections
modify and expand by 5, paste paper into selection, I used paper 7

Copy and paste element 2 as a new layer


Copy and paste element 4 as a new layer


copy and paste bow 3 as a new layer and resize to 400 pixels


Copy and paste element 13 and 14 as a new layer and resize if needed


Copy and paste element 11 as a new layer


Copy and paste element 22 as a new layer and resize 400 pixels


Copy and paste element 21 as a new layer and resize to 300 pixels


Copy and paste paper 1 as a new layer and add a mask of your choice


Choose two colours from your tag to write out your text


add any copyright and watermarks merge all layers and resize if needed


next go to file export and save as a JPEG and you're finished
