I wrote this tut on 20th of october,2009 for julies tutorials

supplies needed

you also need paintshop pro,i use version 12
A knowledge of paintshop pro is needed

scrapkit used is called BCA by ladyanne inzpired designz

lets begin




Open a new image 700 x 700 pixels on the white background

Copy and paste element 0162 as a new layer

Copy and paste element 0160 as a new layer

Copy and paste element 010 as a new layer

Copy and paste element 0108 at a new layer

Copy and paste element 0140 as a new layer

Click inside the above element using magic wand, go to selections
modify and expand by five, at a new layer and choose a paper of your choice
paste paper into selection

Copy and paste any element to place at the top of your tag, see mine
all reference, I chose believe

Copy and paste element 005 as a new layer place behind frame, duplicate
and go to image and mirror

Copy and paste element 032 as a new layer and resize to 600 pixels


Copy and paste element 0100 as a new layer and resize to 300 pixels, duplicate
go to image and mirror

Choose two colours from your tag to write out your text


Add any copyright'S and watermarks, merge all layers visible and resize if needed, I always resize to 450 pixels

Go to file export and save as a JPEG, well done you haVE finished
