mask used WSL MASK 275 go here
open a new image 700x700 pixels on a white background

c/p sparkle 2 as a new layer

c/p rainbow as a new layer,duplicate and move down a touch

c/p light as a new layer resize if needed

c/p leaf 15 as a new layer resize if needed

c/p leaf 3 as a new layer resize if needed i also rotated mine using the pick tool

c/p ribbon 2 as a new layer

c/p lil rose as a new layer and resize to 500 pixel

c/p frame 3 as a new layer,choose a paper from the kit using magic wand click inside frame add a new layer and paste paper into selection

c/p leaf 13 as a new layer and resize to 500 pixels and place inside frame

c/p flower petals as a new layer,duplicate and go to image and flip

c/p flower 12 as a new layer and resize to 500 pixels,duplicate go to image
and mirror

c/p cloud as a new layer and resize if needed

choose 2 colours from tag and write out your text

add any copyrights and watermarks

then go to file export and save as a JPEG
and that's it finished
