I Love The Ocean

I wrote this tut on 6th of october,2009 for julies tutorials
Any resemblence to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.

supplies needed

you also need paintshop pro,i use version 12
A knowledge of paintshop pro is needed

Other supplies

scrapkit is called ocean blues by milisa
tube is by pinup toons you need a licence to use go  here
font of your choice

lets begin


Open a new image 650 x 550 pixels on the white background

Copy and paste element 15 as a new layer and resize to 450 pixels

Copy and paste element 5 as a new layer and resize to 150 pixels

Using your magic wand click inside element 5 and add a new layer
choose a paper of your choice, paste a paper into selection, I used paper 10

Copy and paste element 6 as a new layer and resize to 100 pixels and then again to
500 pixels

Copy and paste element 2 as a new layer and resize to 100 pixels

Copy and paste element 13 as a new layer and resize to 50 pixels

Copy and paste element 4 as a new layer and resize to 50 pixels

Copy and paste element 14 as a new layer and resize to 100 pixels, duplicate
and go to image and mirror, send both these layers to the bottom

Copy and paste element 8 as a new layer and resize to 50 pixels

copy and paste element 25 and element 23 as a new layer and resize both
2 to 50 pixels, duplicate Both and place where you wish

choose two dark colours from your tag and write out some text with a font of your choice

close off white background and merge all other layers visible, go to image
and resize to 500 pixels

copy and paste as a new layer a paper of your choice, I used paper 10
resize the paper layer until you can see some of the white background

delete your white background, add a new layer and flood fill the colour of your choice

crop around your tag and leave enough of the colour you just flood fill so it looks
like frame, go to effects 3-D effects> inner bevel

add a border white size 10, promote the background layer to raster layer, add a
new layer and flood fill with white

make the top layer active and go to image and resize to 500 pixels

add a tube of your choice and resize if needed


write out your text using a font of your choice

add any copyright and watermarks merge all layers and resize if needed


next go to file export and save as a JPEG and you're finished
