open a new canvas 600x600 white canvas
open your tube and miminise for now
add a new layer and floodfill with colour from your tube
go to layers>load/save mask,load mask from disk ,
add mask of choice
delete your mask layer and merge group
open frame 2 from the kit copy and paste on to image
click inside the frame with magic wand and add a new layer
copy and paste to selection any paper of your choice
and drag below your frame layer
use your pick tool and make paper layer a bit bigger and erase
any areas that show under frame
add any elements that you wish i added
fan 1,lantern,bow 1, any symbols you wish
add tube and add a drop shadow
add your name any copyright
merge visible
save as a jpg and your done
