Supplies needed

You also need paint shop pro,I use version 12
A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Scrap kit My Valentine  by   angels designz

mask  81  used is by weescotslass creations
Font of your choice

Lets begin
Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper 9  into selection
Select none,Apply mask
Then Merge group.



copy and paste Frame1 as new layer and Resize to
place in the centre of your tag
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5

duplicate the frame layer


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 4  into selection.
Select none.



copy and paste Bow as new layer,resize to 50%



copy and paste your tube or use the cookie if one  comes with the kit
 as new layer and  Position   onto  your tag


copy and paste Balloons as new layer,resize to 70%
and  Position to the left  of your tag


copy and paste EnvelopeWHearts as new layer,resize to 70%
and  Position to the right of your tag



copy and paste WaterBack as new layer,



copy and paste Flowers2 as new layer,resize to 60%
and  Position to the left of your tag


copy and paste HeartScatter as new layer,
duplicate go to image flip then mirror


copy and paste  ILYCircle as new layer,
and  Position to the top right corner of your tag


copy and paste TeddyBear as a new layer and resize to 60%


copy and paste Vine as a new layer,duplicate and
go to image mirror then flip,drag theses layer above the mask layer


copy and paste Wordart2 as a new layer


Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.
