A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Scrap kit envy   by   Grunge and Glitter Scraps by Brandi

mask 56  used is by weescotslass creations
Font of your choice

Lets begin
Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper  5  into selection
Select none,Apply mask
Then Merge group.

copy and paste frame3 as new layer and Resize to 60%
place in the centre of your tag
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 2  into selection.
Select none.



copy and paste definition-envy as new layer,resize to 40%



copy and paste your tube or use the cookie if it  comes with the kit
 as new layer and  Position in the centre   of your tag


copy and paste jealousy  as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste skull  as new layer,resize to 60%




copy and paste scatteredbeads  as new layer,duplicate
go to image then mirror


copy and paste frame 2  as new layer,resize to 90%



copy and paste decoheart as new layer,resize to 50%



copy and paste cross  as new layer,resize to 40%


copy and paste butterfly as new layer,resize to 30%,
rotate slightly and duplicate then mirror


copy and paste flower2 as new layer,resize to


Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.
