Supplies needed
Paint shop pro use version x5, but any version is ok
A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed
Other supplies needed
Tube of choice: I used a Poser by Outlaw by Design its supplied in the kit
Scrap Kit: I used a beautiful kit Summer solstice by designs by stina
Mask of choice: I Used mask 228 and 247 which is by Weescotslass Creations

Font of your choice
1) Open a blank canvas 800x800 we can resize later
C/p paper 9 as a new layer
2) Next, go to layers>load/save mask>load mask from disk, choose a mask
And apply it, then merge group
do the same for mask 247 using paper 4
3) Copy and paste Frame08 as new layer and with the magic wand
Click inside frame>go to selections>modify>expand by 5 click ok
4) Add a new raster layer drag under your frame.
And Copy and paste paper 6 into selection.
Then Select none.
5) Next copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if needed
i used the following elements and resized as below
DBS_CelticKnot02 duplicate 3 times
DBS_Vine03 90%
DBS_Wall01 resize 70%
DBS_Woman_OBD
DBS_Staff02
DBS_Vine02
DBS_Mushrooms02 70%x2
DBS_Log 70%
DBS_Moon 70%
DBS_Lilacs02 70%
DBS_Hummingbird 70%
DBS_Lantern 50%
DBS_Foilage03
DBS_Flutterby02 50%
DBS_FloralScatter01
DBS_Floral02 50%
DBS_Floral03 mirror
DBS_Deco04 60%
DBS_Cross02 60%
DBS_DecoLeaf01 60%x2
15) Next add your name, any other text and copyright info
16) Once all done, merge your tag visible go and resize if you wish
17) Go to file>export and save as a JPEG OR PNG
