A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Font of your choice

Lets begin
Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper 16  into selection



go to layers and add a new raster layer and floodfill with write
and drag underneath

copy and paste frame8 as new layer and
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 15  into selection.
Select none.



copy and paste Sunny-light as new layer,resize to 80%



copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required


copy and paste drink as new layer



copy and paste Bow-charm1 as new layer,resize to 80%
go to image and then mirror




copy and paste BeachClusterOverlay2 as new layer,resize to 90%



copy and paste flowers1 as new layer



copy and paste Palms as new layer,resize to 90%



copy and paste PearlCircle  as new layer



copy and paste ribbon5 as new layer



copy and paste starfish1 as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste beachShell4 as new layer



Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.
