Supplies needed

You also need paint shop pro,I use version 12,but any version is ok
A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Other supplies needed

Scrap kit love bliss joy  by gina's gem's scraps,You can buy this kit from Here
tube used is by  Ismael Rac
you need a license to use this work
mask 106 used is by weescotslass creations
Font of your choice

Lets begin
Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper 13  into selection
Select none,Apply mask
Then Merge group.


go to layers and add a new raster layer and floodfill with write
and drag underneath the mask layer

copy and paste Double Frame as new layer and Resize to 70%
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 16  into selection.
Select none.



copy and paste Apple Blossom 1 as new layer



copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required


copy and paste Butterfly 1 as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste Crystal Beads Chain as new layer,resize to 50%




copy and paste Crystal Heart String as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste Flower Spray 2 as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste Ribbon Bow 4 as new layer,resize to 60%%



copy and paste Torn Heart 1  as new layer,resize to 50%


copy and paste Flower 3 as a new layer ,resize to 40%


copy and paste Vanilla Flower 1 as a new layer ,resize to 60%


copy and paste Beads 1 as a new layer



Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.
