A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

mask 363 used is by weescotslass creations
Font of your choice

Lets begin
Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper 19   into selection
Select none,Apply mask
Then Merge group.

copy and paste Frame08 as new layer and Resize to 90%
place in the centre of your tag
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 7  into selection.
Select none.



copy and paste WordArt02 as new layer,resize to 50%


copy and paste your tube or use the cookie that comes with the kit
 as new layer and  Position in the centre   of your tag


copy and paste WeddingRings as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste Banner03 as new layer,resize to 70%




copy and paste BleedingRose01 as new layer,resize to 50%



copy and paste Bracelet as new layer,resize to 60%
and  drag under the banner and erase any of then chain
that can be seen


copy and paste FloralHeart01 as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste  Doodle02 as new layer,
and  Position to the of your tag


Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.
