 I wrote this tut on 21st of january,2010 for julies tutorials

you also need paintshop pro,i use version 12
A knowledge of paintshop pro is needed

font of your choice


lets begin


open a new image 700x700 on a white background


c/p  frame (el 012) as a new layer go to image and resize to 300 pixels


click inside your frame using
your magicwand go to selections modify expand by 5


choice a paper from the kit,add a new layer and paste paper into selection,select none



c/p elements of your choice from the kit i used
el 058
el 019 resized to 150 pixels
el 018 resized to 300 pixels
el 012 resized to 300 pixels
el 056
el 070 resized to 300 pixels

el 027
el 064 resized to 50
el 037 resized to 200
el 043 resized to 100 pixels
el 045 resized to 100 pixels


c/p any other elements that you wish to



c/p a tube of your choice and resize if needed




c/p a paper of your choice and add a mask if you wish to
go to layers,load/save mask and load mask from disc
apply mask then delete mask layer and merge the group



choose 2 colors to write out your name and any other text


add any copyrights and watermarks,merge all layers visible and resize
if needed


go to file export and save as jpeg
