My Tuts

hello everyone,hope your having a good weekend,i just wanted to make you aware of something,you may notice with my tuts the actual writing changes its because i get alot of hand and pains in my arms so i find it hard to type every word out i do try my best to make my tuts easy too follow,if any other writers has some tips for me i would appreciate it greatly as i'm still learning on my psp journey ,you can email me on sweetie35.julieann@googlemail.com or leave a comment if you wish ,thanks very much for your time

Paint shop pro,I use version x5,but any version is ok
A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Other supplies needed

Scrap kit  used is sassie lassie  by  Randy's Sin http://randyssin.blogspot.com/
Tube of your choice I'm using a tube  by   Arthur Crowe http://arthurcrowesfactory.com/store/

Mask 317 used is by weescotslass creations

Font of your choice

Lets begin

go to selections>select all
Copy and paste a paper from your kit
right click your tag and copy>paste into selection>Select none

next,go to layers>load/save mask>load mask from disk,choose a mask
and apply it,then merge group

copy and paste frame4 as new layer and With the magic wand
click inside frame>go to selections>modify>expand by 5 click ok

Add new raster layer drag under frame.
Copy and paste paper  into selection.
then Select none.

copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required

you can start to add the elements to your tag and resize if required and place anywhere
on your tag , i used the following

copy and paste banner1 onto your image
copy and paste  beer1  onto your image
copy and paste bracelet1.  onto your image
copy and paste braid1.  onto your image
copy and paste braid2.  onto your image
copy and paste chain1.  onto your image
copy and paste bouquet1.  onto your image

Add your name and any copyright ,save as a PNG or JPEG

Scrap kit  used Forever twilight   is  by  Tootypup scraps
Tube of your choice I'm using one's that come with the kit
Mask  used is by Weescotslass creations

Font of your choice


Lets begin

go to selections>select all
Copy and paste a paper from your kit
right click your tag and copy>paste into selection>Select none

next,go to layers>load/save mask>load mask from disk,choose a mask
and apply it,then merge group


copy and paste Frame_03 as new layer and With the magic wand
click inside frame>go to selections>modify>expand by 5 click ok

Add new raster layer drag under frame.
Copy and paste a paper  into selection.
then Select none.


copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required


you can start to add the elements to your tag and resize if required and place anywhere
on your tag , i used the following

if you have finished adding elements from your kit choose a colour or paper
and add your text using a font of your choice

please make sure you add copyright of the tube artist you used or if you used no tube
the scrapkit artists

once all done,merge your tag visible go to resize if you wish


go to file>export and save as a JPEG OR PNG

Let’s begin

Open a new 700x700 transparent image

Select all, Copy and paste a paper of your choice into selection

Then Merge group.

Copy and paste Frame1 as new layer and

With the magic wand click inside frame.

Expand selection by 5

Add new raster layer under frame.

Copy and paste a paper of your choice into selection.

Select none.

Copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required

And then copy and paste the following elements from your kit and

Arrange on your tag

With a font of your choice add some text using colours that match your tag

Once done

Add © info and name, Merge visible

And Resize as needed.

Scrap kit of your choice:I used a lovely kit called my forever love  by  Scraps by Randy's Sin

template of your choice:I used one by Conny,you can download from creative misfits

Tube of choice: I'm using a gorgeous tube by Alex prihodko

Font of your choice. 

Lets begin


Open template,delete copyright info


activate one of the big red circles,using your magic wand click inside each circle and copy and paste paper 15 into selection,repeat with the other red circle


do the same with the 2 small black circles using paper 10
and use paper 6 for the 2 black rectangles

next close off all layers and open layer 4,copy of layer 4,layer5,copy of layer 5
merge visible,reopen all other layers


next select all,float and defloat


go to effects>lokas>gel and use the settings below

Copy and paste any elements of your choice or use the ones that i did
And please see my tag for placement of elements

I used theses elements as follows:


Copy and paste balloon2 as a new layer and resize to 80% twice
Copy and paste bonbons1 resize to 30%
Copy and paste bow1 resize to 30%
Copy and paste candy1 resize to 30%
Copy and paste candle2 resize to 30% 
Copy and paste strawberry3 resize to 20%
Copy and paste  scatterz2 duplicate and send both to the bottom
Copy and paste   rose2 resize to 60%
Copy and paste  petals1
hearts1 resize to 30%
hearts2 duplicate and send both to the bottom
rings1






Copy and paste a tube of your choice




Choose 2 colours to write out your name with a font
Of your choice.



Add any copyrights and watermarks,Merge all layers visible


resize your tag if needed,I always Resize mine to 500 pixels


Go to file>export and save as JPEG or png

Open a new transparent image 800x800 we can resize later

A paper of your choice from your kit for your mask

To add a mask, go to layers and add a new raster layer and drag to the bottom,

Go to selections and select all

Then Copy and paste a paper from your kit I used paper 4 and paste into selection

Then go to layers>load/save mask>load mask from disk choose your mask and click ok

Select none

Go to your layers, right click your mask layer and select merge group

Copy and paste frame2 and using your magic wand click inside your frame

Add a new raster layer and choose a paper I used paper 2 and drag paper layer

Under the frame

Copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required

You can start to add the elements to your tag and resize if required and place anywhere

On your tag, I used the following

Scatterz4 duplicate>mirror and flip send both to the bottom

Scatterz1 duplicate>mirror and flip send both to the bottom
