Supplies needed

You also need paint shop pro,I use version x3,but any version is ok
A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Other supplies needed

Scrap kit  used Autumn Eve  is  by gina gem scraps
tube of your choice,i did not use one 
mask 59 used is by weescotslass creations
Font of your choice



Lets begin
Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper 21 into selection
Then Merge group.






copy and paste Frame 5 as new layer and
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 2 into selection.
Select none.




copy and paste a tube of your choice and resize if required

and then copy and paste the following elements from your kit and
arrange on your tag

Acorn Branch 2
 Butterfly 4
 Leaf 3
Autumn Leaf 4
Autumn Leaf 2
Banner 2
Beads Element 2
Berries 1
Berry Branch 1
Blossom 1
Berry Branch 2
Blossom Leaves 2
Bow 5
Wax Seal 3
Twilight Lights
Leaf Spray 1
Cluster 1
Brush 1
Branch




Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.
