You also need paint shop pro,I use version 12
A knowledge of paint shop pro is needed

Scrap kit  dark gothic love  by   DNSCRAPS

cookie is by medievil creations
mask  116 used is by weescotslass creations
Font of your choice 

Lets begin
Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper   into selection
Select none,Apply mask
Then Merge group.


copy and paste pearlframe2 as new layer
and Resize to 60% ,place in the centre of your tag
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 6  into selection.
Select none.



copy and paste doodles2 as new layer,resize to 60%
and  Position to the left  of your tag


copy and paste your tube or use the cookie that comes with the kit
 as new layer and  Position to the right  of your tag


copy and paste glitterbow2 as new layer,resize to 40%



copy and paste jewels3 as new layer
and  Position to the centre of your tag



copy and paste ribbons2 as new layer,resize to 60%



copy and paste wordart5 as new layer,resize to 50%
and  Position to the left  of your tag


copy and paste hearts4 as new layer,resize to 50%
and  Position to the top left  of your tag


copy and paste heartrubis  as new layer,resize to 60%
and  Position to the right of your tag

copy and paste lips as a new layer ,resize to 30%
and position top right corner of your tag


Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.

Open a new 700x700 transparent image
Select all,Copy and paste paper 5  into selection
Select none,Apply mask
Then Merge group.

copy and paste Hearts6 as new layer and Resize to
place to the


copy and paste Hearts6  as new layer
place in the centre of your tag
With the magic wand click inside frame.
Expand selection by 5


Add new raster layer under frame.
Copy and paste paper 8  into selection.
Select none.



copy and paste Box1  as new layer,resize to 70%
and  Position to the left  of your tag


copy and paste your tube or use the cookie that comes with the kit
 as new layer and  Position in the centre   of your tag


copy and paste Cupid1 as new layer,resize to 80%
and  Position to the right of your tag


copy and paste Decor as new layer,resize to 60%
and  Position to the left of your tag



copy and paste Decor2 as new layer,resize to 60%
and  Position to the right of your tag,then duplicate and mirror


copy and paste Flute2 as new layer,resize to 70%
and  Position to the left  of your tag


copy and paste Flower3 as new layer,resize to 60%
and  Position to the left  of your tag


copy and paste Decor3  as new layer,
and  Position to the left of your tag


Add © info and name,Merge visible
And Resize as needed.

Copy and paste a tube of your choice or use one of the cookies
that come with the kit And resize if needed,i resized mine to 400 pixels


Copy and paste a paper of your choice on your image as a new layer
make sure the paper is above the white layer at the bottom of your layer
palette.


Go to layers>load/save mask and load mask from disk,
Choose your mask then apply it and delete mask then merge group


Choose 2 colors to write out your name with a font
Of your choice.



Add any copyrights and watermarks,Merge all layers visible


resize your tag if needed,I always Resize mine to 500 pixels


Go to file>export and save as JPEG or png
